The initial visit is 75-90 minutes long and includes an in-depth health history evaluation from a functional and integrative medicine perspective. This allows us time to really dig into your concerns. We will review your lab results, discuss recommended supplements and review my package offerings.

 

This visit includes a comprehensive lab panel (CBC, CMP, full hormone and thyroid panels, lipids, B-12, Vit D, cortisol, A1C, & fasting insulin) to assess your hormonal and metabolic status.
 
This evaluation will give us insight into your specific health concerns and will be used to create a comprehensive and personalized treatment plan.

 

The first visit is $495 and includes the cost of the labs.
